Where we go
We are based on the North Leeds / Bradford border, around ten minutes from Leeds Bradford International Airport
We cover all LS and BD postcodes, including Skipton and environs.

We are prepared to travel further afield, if required, although additional costs may be incurred – we are unable to guarantee service standards outside our regular operating area.

When we go there
With the exception of Christmas Day we are prepared to work every day of the year – we work to your requirements.
We prefer to make appointments corresponding with your working hours in the event of our requiring information or assistance whilst at the property.
Ideally an inventory or check-out should be compiled in natural light, therefore during the winter months our working hours are necessarily shorter.
Who we work for
Letting agents
We regard our core business partners as letting agents and we see ourselves as a logical and complimentary extension to your business. We respect your values and believe that business partnerships are built on reliability, trust and service.
Private landlords
Private landlords wishing to instruct us directly may be asked for a £200 deposit prior to instructions being accepted. Once the property has been evaluated and an inventory compiled the balance of the deposit will be refunded, less our fee which will reflect the standard cost of an inventory from a letting agent in the local market.
